Questions

How many projects are free?

Two projects per workspace. Each further project is 50 credits a month, charged per project.

Which views are there?

List, board, calendar, Gantt and table: five views of the same tasks. The board can be grouped by status or by project.

How do findings become tasks?

Send them from Keyword Finder, Keyword Snapshot, Competitor Gap or Site Audit. One finding is 2 credits and several at once are 5 credits a send; Site Audit findings are free. The task carries the data it came from.

What can a task hold?

An assignee, status, priority, start and due dates, tags and a description, plus subtasks, checklists, attachments, comments, watchers and time tracking.

What it does not do

  • It tracks the work; it does not do it. Fixes still happen in your site, CMS or code.
  • Findings arrive from four research tools: Keyword Finder, Keyword Snapshot, Competitor Gap and Site Audit.
